dispatch. This may include verifying your identity and address,

Shipping & Delivery
Once verification is complete, your items are securely packaged
and sent using fully insured, next-day delivery services.

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners specialising in
high-value items (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL
Express, or equivalent).

Delivery is fully insured until it reaches your delivery address
or designated collection point.

A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on
the order value, weight, and destination.

Orders exceeding a certain value may qualify for free insured
delivery (if applicable – can be customised).
Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier
confirmation via email or SMS.

You can track your delivery status online in real-time until it
arrives.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will
leave a delivery attempt notice or take the package to a secure
depot.

You can arrange redelivery or collection using the instructions
provided by the courier.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to insurance and legal requirements, we currently only deliver
to the verified billing address used during checkout.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, forwarding addresses, or
unverified third-party addresses.
Loss or Damage in Transit

All parcels are fully insured until they are signed for by the
recipient.

If you believe your package has been lost or tampered with,
notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date or expected
delivery time.

We will liaise with the courier and initiate an insurance claim
on your behalf.
